QUICK CRUSTLESS QUICHE RECIPE
Specialise: Diabetic Friendly.
- Chop up and dry fry in a non-stick pan
- One onion, One red and one orange pepper, 7 Olives
- Once cooked add 1 feta round crumbled and chopped up coriander
Then add it to the mixture:
- 9 Eggs (whisked with about half a cup of low fat milk)
- Bake in oven for about 20 – 30 minutes on 180 degrees
Serve with 1 – 2 slices of low GI bread for lunch.
For dinner and lunch add a side salad: base lettuce tomato, cucumber.
