Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Mielies (steamed 5-10 minutes/microwaved for 1-2 minutes)
  • 1 Tomato
  • Cucmber
  • 2 Boiled eggs (boli for 8-10 minutes)/ 1 skinless chicken breast (100g)
  • ¼ feta round
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

Method:

Cut mielies off the cob, peel eggs, chop tomato, cucumber and feta. Put ingredients into bowl and serve with max 1 tsp. olive oil drizzled over salad, optional to sprinkle on chilli flakes.
